How to raise a reimbursement claim on the Pazcare app?


In health insurance, you can claim your insurance benefits in two ways. You can either avail cashless treatment from the network hospitals or get a  reimbursement for the hospital bills paid by you at the time of hospitalization. Here, we will discuss how to file a reimbursement claim on the Pazcare app.

Things to know before you file for reimbursement 

1. File for the reimbursement as soon as you could after getting discharged from the hospital. Ideally, you should file for reimbursement within 30 days of discharge from the hospital. 

2. Make sure you have all the original documents including the medical bills to ensure a smooth claim process. 

3. Be careful while filling out the claim form and the claim amount. 





1. Log in to your Pazcare app with your registered mobile number and OTP.



2. On the home page, you will easily find "Raise claim" option.




3. Here, select the type of claim as "Reimbursement".


4. Now, select the type reimbursement. The process remains the same even if you choose "Pre-Post hospitalization" or "Day care" as the type of reimbursement.



5. Fill out the details regarding your hospitalization like date of admission, hospital name, claim amount.



6. Make sure you have filled out the detail correctly and click on "Submit".



7. This screen shows your claim ticket has been raised successfully.



8. The next step is to submit all the necessary documents. The important document is the claim form.




9. Download the claim form by clicking on the "Download Claim form" option.



10. This is how the claim form looks like. Fill out this claim form.



11. Once you've filled out the claim form, upload it by clicking on the "upload fileoption.



12. Similarly, upload all the necessary documents on the app.



13. Once you have uploaded all the documents, click on "Submit"



14. This message confirms that your claim has been successfully raised.



15. You can always check the status of claim from the "Claims page"
