1. Download the Pazcare app. Log in to your Pazcare app with your registered mobile number and OTP.
2. Upon your first login, you'll come across the 'terms & conditions'. Take a quick glance and tap on "Continue".
3. You'll see a pop-up asking you to verify your details. Don't worry, if you need to come back later, the card will be right on your app's homepage. Now, click on "Take action".

4. You'll find details about you and your family. If your policy covers your spouse, children, and parents, their information will be here too.

8. Finally, review all the details one last time and click 'Submit'.
