How to check the status of my reimbursement claim?

Step 1: Log in to your Pazcare app with your registered mobile number and OTP.



Step 2: On the home page, you will easily find the "Claim" option at the bottom.



Step 3: Under the "Claims" section, you'll find two tabs.
  1. "Active" tab - indicates that your claims are currently being processed.
  2. "Closed" tab - signifies that the claim has been resolved and closed.
